8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. The Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
